Mr. Shoaib Ahmad Khan has over 40 years of experience in the government and development finance sectors. He served as Member Finance at the National Highway Authority and brings cross functional expertise in financial management, public private partnerships, budgeting, accounts, audit, commercialization and revenue management, in addition to handling sensitive matters relating to arbitration and dispute resolution.
In the development finance sector, his experience includes project appraisal, monitoring, restructuring and treasury portfolio management.
He holds an MBA from the University of the Punjab and an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies from the National Defence University. He is also a Diplomaed Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan.
Mr. Khan serves as an Independent Director on the Board, where he contributes significantly through his extensive professional experience and governance expertise towards sustainable value creation.
