Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar

Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar is the Chairman of the Company and a distinguished business leader with over three decades of experience in manufacturing, industrial management, strategic planning and business development.

Over the course of his career, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and diversification of the Group, contributing to the development of a substantial and diversified business platform with interests across multiple sectors. His leadership is underpinned by a strong focus on long-term value creation, operational excellence and sustainable business growth. He brings extensive experience in overseeing complex industrial operations and providing strategic direction to businesses operating in dynamic and competitive environments.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Mukhtar has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to social development and community welfare. He provides leadership to several philanthropic and community initiatives of the Group, including the Fatima Fertilizer Trust and Welfare Hospital, Fatima Fertilizer Education Society and School, and Mukhtar A. Sheikh Welfare Trust.

Mr. Mukhtar serves as Chairman of Reliance Commodities (Private) Limited, Fatima Holding Limited, Fatima Sugar Mills Limited and Air One (Private) Limited. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, Fatimafert Limited, Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, Fatima Trading Company (Private) Limited and Fatima Cement Limited.

He further serves as a Director of Fatima Electric Company Limited, Globacore Metals Limited, Fatima Fibres Limited, Reliance Fabrics Limited and Pakarab Energy Limited, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Management Foundation, the sponsoring body of the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
