He served as Member Finance at the National Highway Authority, with expertise in financial management, public-private partnerships, budgeting, audit, and dispute resolution. He holds an MBA from the University of Punjab and an MSc from National Defense University. He is also a Diplomaed Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan.
